**ORDER CONFIRMATION**

Upon successful payment processing, you will receive an email confirming your order at the provided email address during checkout. As soon as the confirmation email is dispatched, the processing of your order will commence.

**Shipping Time and Tracking**

Please be aware that shipping times are beyond our control and are not guaranteed. Even after your order is shipped, it might take 3-5 business days for tracking information to update. The carrier may mark your order as "delivered" before it reaches your mailbox. Allow an additional 2 business days for package receipt.

**Processing Time**

We dedicate 1 business day* to process your order, including checking, packing, and transferring it to the post-office. Following these steps, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

**Payment in USD**

All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise indicated in your local currency. Confirm the charged currency during checkout.

**Separate Shipments**

For quicker delivery, if you've ordered multiple items simultaneously, they might be shipped separately. Depending on warehouse locations and product availability, shipments may be dispatched separately. You could receive one item ahead of others. Multiple tracking numbers will be provided in such cases.

**Return Policy**

You have a 30-day window to return your order for a refund or replacement according to the stipulated policy. To initiate a return, please reach out to hello@99types.com within 30 days. All return requests must be initiated through email to qualify for a refund. Uninitiated returns might lead to loss or misdelivery. Items returned to the address on the shipping label won't qualify for a refund unless confirmed by our returns team via email.

To qualify for a full refund, ensure your order remains unopened, unused, and in perfect, sellable condition. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a non-refundable return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

**Defective Orders**

If your received items are defective, send an email to hello@99types.com including your full name, order number, item description, and photo evidence of the defect. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item at no extra cost.

**Inconsistent Coloring**

For returns due to inconsistent coloring, please understand that variations might arise due to lighting differences between our website's white background and your home's lighting. If you believe your order significantly deviates in color or design from our website, please mention this in your defective item request. Minor coloring inconsistencies adhere to our normal return policy.

**Time-Limited Returns**

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will not be accepted. If 30 days have passed since your order's delivery, we regret that exchanges or refunds cannot be provided.

**Assistance for Issues**

Should any issues arise with your order, we are here to assist. If the issue stems from an error on our part, we are more than willing to replace or refund the item.

**Responsibility Breakdown**

- Wrong Item Sent: Incorrect product, color, or size.

- Incorrect Item Ordered: Wrongly ordered item.

**Refunds and Changes**

Refunds won't be issued for incorrect quantity orders. Items are shipped as selected during checkout. For changes to orders, contact us promptly. If your order is already processed or shipped, changes and refunds won't be feasible.

**Exchanges and Order Guarantee**

Currently, we do not accept exchanges. Rest assured, all orders are guaranteed for delivery. If circumstances beyond our control lead to non-receipt, a replacement will be arranged, sent to the original Shipping Address.

**Late or Missing Refunds**

If your refund hasn't been received, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. Allow time for processing before contacting your bank. If issues persist, contact us at the provided support email.
